Forget yesterday’s Gortex wrap-up. Today we packed sun glasses, high factor cream, headband and water. A serious queue for the 8:30 cable car showed that the Swiss like a sunny day too.
Looking at the freeride area on the north face of the Gemsstock from the cable car mid-station. Two hours after it opened there wasn’t a drop of untracked powder.
We skied the Felsental just before lunch. Great snow all the way back down to Andermatt.
